Villain Hero and Victim How Not To Be All Three chris Milbank

chris milbank   The hero jumps into save the young lad having all his wages taken away by his greedy boss, the victim the young lad is so grateful to the hero citing his Villain boss as evil and nasty, the villain then tells the hero the young lad owed him twice as much money and that he was wrong to intervene, the hero feels upset and is now the victim, who now blames the young lad for inciting dishonesty and the young lad becomes the real villain, whilst the once villain boss, comforts the hero who has now become the victim in all this. Does this sound familiar when we jump into help or we are a victim or a villain and there is blame involved, we will jump from each of these positions, until we can step off and create some neutrality.

The three points on this triangle make a very stable structure each point travels round becoming the next point, until you step out of the triangle you will inevitably keep going from victim to hero to villain and round and round, until you can take a perfectly neutral stance.

Before I take you down the path of how and whilst your curiosity is building and you are matching this to the relevance in work, families, relationships and so forth, I will talk about each of the three points.

Heroes have often been a victim themselves in their lives, been hurt or poor taken advantage of and what they feel internally they want to put right externally. Heroes will find victims, it helps them to feel good helping those that may have suffered as they did.

However Heroes need victims too, if there isn’t always one about they will find one or may even unconsciously make a situation a bit worse to rescue one, remember they are fixing their internal feelings and bad experiences to feel less bad and also feel good. Heroes also need villains and so sometimes makes out that someone is more of a villain than what they really are, they can be considered goody goody two shoes too , as well as being some peoples idol.

Victims can be very genuine of course at times, but consider this they can be really manipulative, like be with me I don’t want to be alone, be my friend and not like  x y or z and I will be your friend forever, yes lets go out but don’t tell your other friends I don’t want to see them or go to that restraunt bar theater etc because they make me feel bad. Victims will make you feel guilty or ashamed of your own choices to help get the sympathy and love they feel they need. They can wrap a hero around their little finger calling on them time and time again, they will become more and more reliant on being saved, they will create villains just to get the attention. Of course though when we have been a genuine victim we hate the actions that put us there and perhaps sav e others from the same mistakes, e can toughen up learn to look after ourselves and even become a hero.

Now Villains get all the bad press, yes there can be some very nasty actions and behaviours by some out there, but consider these points, givers attract takers, some people take and take and take, because some people like to give and give and give, but when they have nothing else to give they blame the takers and call them villains. Without a hundred villains we wouldn’t have probably a thousand heroes, one bad person may commit a hundred crimes and turn 100 people into heroes and protectors. Villains teach people how to toughen up they can take people through a threshold where they will take no more shit. A villain is often perceived wrong because a victim manipulates and makes out someone is worse than what they are, so it’s in the interest of a victim but also a hero to have a villain even when they never existed, it’s part of the blame game. Having had a few try to bully me at school I learned off them to react instantaneously and the weakest bullies fell, the strongest ones didn’t bother me they admired me for hitting back, thank christ for small villains they prepared me for the big ones.

An incident where a man I guess on cocaine and alcohol built like Terminator thought I was eyeing his wife up, (I was looking at the bread shelf in the supermarket behind them) he thought he was being hero and saving his victim wife at being oogled, so he ran at me to knock me over, I shouted out in a victims high pitch voice that I was gang raped at 13 and castrated, he stopped in his tracks I had shocked him broke his state and he had found another victim, his wife became a hero too, I said I could never look at a woman because of my castration they were shocked and off they went, we broke the triangle with a massive shock that the triangle three points broke in to into two there were now two victims, I stepped back with neutrality bowed waved good bye and said thank you. Of course this never happened to me, and this is a risky way of breaking the triangle, a certain amount of skill timing intuition people handling and dramatics were needed.

So how do you step off the triangle, the answer is simple the practice takes practice and sometimes emotional treatment with Reflective Repatterning known as RR.

So two people are squabbling blaming each other no respond ability the ability to respond responsibly, they both feel like they are the victim you are in the middle and all the logical answers do not balance an emotional argument.

You say to each victim/ villain, “you cannot flick a switch on the other person to change their thinking or behaviour, they have heard your points and emotionally they are upset , so the only power you have is over yourself, so now no if’s or buts you have to do whatever is right for you, whatever you feel is right, they may or may not like that and then they will have to do what is right for them”.

Now they will add if’s and buts in, you do not get drawn in, you do not give your opinion at this point, just keep saying “do what is right for you” and tell them you will say the same to them, because all has already been exhausted, the logic said the emotion expressed etc.

What happens is that immediately you are not drawn in, the triangle that stable structure begins to collapse. You are more neutral, you may need a bit of RR to prevent yourself from stepping back on the triangle, if you step on it escalates stay off it will collapse, unless they both choose a new hero, but if so it has collapsed for you. I have seen so many triangles collapse by either villain, victim or hero stepping off, they may even listen to you and do what is best for them and they will feel better and that is another happier person. Remember man y try to please others doing the blimming hero bit bt do the wrong thing. Remember each of these three has a good and a bad point in them, but lets not underestimate how a hero and a victim can be manipulative and worsen a situation it’s not always the so called villain. Anyway some of those Hollywood films have great villains and they can be a lot of fun. woooohahahahha okay time for a cuppa.

Fears and Their Opposites chris Milbank Talk

Free Yourself from Fears and LEARN HOW to have them stop from running your life.

Fears are of course a great thing, I applaud every time my fears surface of walking to near the edge of a cliff, being rude to a violent person, feeling fearful and negative about investing my savings with a fraudster and or marrying a serial killer. Fears and negative thoughts and emotions save us everyday, from terrible mistakes and life threatening situations for ourselves and loved ones.
Fear is a survival mechanism, yet the way our nervous system uses them and stores them, can in today’s high tech busy stressful world be way too in tense, they build and begin to act negatively against us. Our fears can generalise from protecting us against a fraudster to not trusting anyone, or having to protect us from making us feel bad about heights to not being able to climb a ladder use a lift or elevator or cross a bridge. Fears are particuarly good in our early years we have the fear of falling and loud noises that many mammals have, yet as we grow older and we k now the bang of thunder is okay when we are in our secure homes, we shouldn’t have to tremble, we should fear stepping out in front of a car, but not crossing an empty road etc.
Fears can be positive and negative, but so can positive feelings of confidence, great to be confident in public speaking and have no fear, but fear can be a driver for us to learn competence, I want the pilot of my aeroplane to be competent at flying even more so than con fident, a false confidence with a stranger can lead to nasty con sequences, I don’t want to be so confident that I lose my awareness. Sometimes it’s good to be able to have the freedom choice and flexibility, to jump from one opposite to the other, experience fear as a warning, but logically accept it’s message and then feel confident in your understanding, and of course vice versa.
Reflective Repatterning (known as RR) uses a special energetic hold that works all fourteen meridian energy lines that carry good and negative emotional energy, when we clean this energy of any emotion whether fear or guilt or any conflict with it’s opposite we create a neutrality, a free flow to be one thing or the other that we choose. RR also teaches us reasons why the bad and negative things can be good, and the good positive things can be bad, this grows the flexibility of the brain, better enabling it to adapt .
So how do fears affect us, well lets say a base of any negative emotion is fear, we fear we may have done someone wrong so we feel guilty or ashamed, we fear we will make a fall of ourselves and get anxious or embarrassed, we fear not being able to move on and feel trapped etc, when people get angry it’s a response to a fear sometimes of being rejected not listened too misunderstood , being left out etc.
Addressing Opposites is crucial for real in depth healing. An example would be someone feels fear that they have harmed som one, they feel guilty and ashamed, yes these are all emotions that can be treated within the meridian system, yet they will resurface at some point until you can also treat the huge resistance to loving the bad things you have done, where you treat shame treat the pride in what you have done, this is so very often a bigger emotional issue you are holding onto than feeling bad about a bad thing, yes you need to feel good about it too. We then also need to find what the right thing would have been or is, ie rather than harming someone supporting someone, well we need to treat the excess need to support someone and the resistance to hating supporting someone. After all give too m uch support you will wear yourself out and people will become dependent on you and not able to be responsible for themselves let alone others. Treating the resistance to harming is so important too, sometimes to protect loved ones family children we may have to harm an attacker, some people will not fight back they have a fear of harming which is strengthend by their love of supporting caring or nurturing.
When we balance our fears as good and bad with the areas in our life we love or are most confident or excited about, we allow for more logic to come through, we can have more choice, we needn’t be overly kind and nice or overly stressy and agressive we can be somewhere in between or jump into either opposite depending whats needed.
RR gives us that choice that freedom that flexibility where we have been fearful and trapped in our lives.
So what will this work with, just about any issue, belief, value and moral sets, anxiety depression stress, fears phobias traumas and more.
Let us look at traumas, if somebody loves safety and security as their most favourite values, then a car accident will be more traumatic than for a person that loves danger and adventure. What we love drives what we hate, when we love safety we will avoid danger, when we love freedom we will hate being trapped, when we hate dishonesty we will love honesty, if we hate disloyalty we will love loyalty. These opposites are all like magnets with north and south poles. If the north pole is the love of freedom it will attrac t the south pole the hatred of being trapped, and yes you will attract the things you emotionally don’t want in your life. When we clear what we fear versus what brings us confidence, when we clear what we excessively love that makes us hate and we treat what we excessively hate, our world comes in to balance, and this balance this feel good neutrality is like a flow, when everything is just flowing and feeling real good.
Many people get treated for depression but may not be treated for the resistnace to joy or happiness, yet it’s obvious when we look at it when someone says I have nothing to feel joyful or happy about, because so manythings are wrong in my life, husband has left me, lost my job, my pet parrot says it hates me etc, the resistance to the good thing empowers the hatred of the bad thing and vice versa.
Reflective Repatterning RR works at a minimum eighteen times the effectiveness of other mind emotional treatments, by working in depth with The RR Laws of Opposites.

Fridge Magnet Therapy with Chris Milbank

chris millbankSolar Events welcomes you to a weekend of transformation with Chris Milbank, the creator of Fridge Magnet Therapy and Reflective Repatterning.

Fridge Magnet Therapy has been inspired by the Emotion Code and Body Code developed by Bradley Nelson, but has been greatly enhanced by Chris to allow for more adaptation and creative additions to be used, and helps to release emotions and traumas held in the body.

Chris is a very knowledgeable and dedicated therapist, and infuses his teachings with wonderful energy and enthusiasm, so this weekend promises to be a lot of fun and is designed for both practicing therapists and anyone wanted to learn healing techniques for themselves or their loved ones.

What Will You Learn Over The Weekend

  • Learn how magnets break down the electrical aspect of emotion
  • How to use magnets to calmly and quickly lessen and treat anxiety, fear, and traumatic experiences.
  • How to use a powerful Rreflective Repatterning framework designed to be used with magnets to create neutrality and neutralise limiting beliefs about self and or others
  • Understand the role of ancestral traumas and emotions and past life issues and how they can affect our behaviors and health. You will use simple diagnostic testing so we can  break down the electrical fields of these causes that are affecting our DNA. The science of epigentics considers that many genetic disorders can be related to these past  and ancestral traumas causing problems in our DNA. Quite often in this work we will uncover spiritual energies that may need to be enhanced or cleared, and the  magnet is a perfect tool for this.
  • We will explore which emotions affect which organs and glands the most, so we can begin to clear them and so enhance your health and quality of life
  • We will explore the emotional heart wall, which is a wall of emotional energy built up from past relationships and childhood issues that cause us some emotional pain and is used by the heart to protect us from  making the same mistakes again. It often over protects and prevents us from socialising and making good loving unconditional relationships. Some heart walls can be measured in miles and others in feet, they may also be made up of ancestral issues and past lives too. Learning how to diagnose and treat these can make a major impact on our lives.
  • The magnets can be used on self , or on somebody else and even remotely to clear anybody (even via a photograph.)

Some Words from Chris About Fridge Magnet Therapy

A magnet has a magnetic force which is the opposite of an electrical field. An emotion is an electrical field. When we tune in to an emotion and swipe a magnet over key energy points in the body, we can break up the energy field of the emotion and thus release it. We can also strengthen a positive emotion by pulling out any resistance to it.”

Chris will introduce you to the concept of self muscle testing, and how to dowse with a pendulum to check and diagnose your – and your clients’ – issues and emotions, to enable you to discover the most stressing issues and which order to treat them in.

He will show you how to diagnose which traumas are stressing which parts of your body and when the traumas occurred (whether in this lifetime or a past life), and treat them with a magnet.

You will learn how our ancestors’ traumas, fears, emotions, phobias and diseases may have been passed down through our DNA and be currently affecting our physical bodies and energy fields – and how using magnets on key energy points can clear these, as well as balance chakras, meridians and organ glands.

Chris will also bring a range of his gadgets and equipment which help to reprogramme brain waves and states, which you will have the opportunity to try.

It will be a very interactive weekend.

We hope to see you there!

Beliefs How They Affect Us.

Me chris

Beliefs are a powerful and curious driver of human behaviors. Luckily from about the age of six / seven I built an incredible belief that what ever I did I would always be alright. I had been an emotionally sensitive kid, Mum passing and other factors also being ill with respiratory illness. I had taken a lot of harsh negativity from my step mum at the time, she had her own kids and I was kind of there but not wanted and not liked. I hit a threshold at junior school I just couldn’t take anymore telling off, and when a teacher scolded me (quite rightly for talking), I had to stand up in front of the class and I told myself she was not angry at me but the Christopher behind me, I made myself believe it and it was awesome, I was no longer hated or in trouble. It made me feel powerful and in my child’s mind I kept telling myself that nothing could ever harm me from that moment on.

There are some old sayings, what the thinker thinks the prover proves, for instance I was told a new friend was very tight with their money, we all traveled to Brighton together, and I paid for the drinks, someone else the sandwiches, and this friend had paid nothing, we later went to a club, I noticed again someone paid for the drinks, and he finally offered when everybody had one. I thought ah yes I think he definitely is tight, but I had blocked out the fact that he had driven us, paid for the fuel, and for each of us to get into the night club, my thinker was my belief, and I consciously went out to prove my thinker right. In that moment m y thinker changed to how generous this man was, and then my prover kept pointing out every time he did something generous.

Beliefs are also about ourselves. If we believe we are not good enough, our prover will begin to mount evidence to keep showing us. Co Ceator of Neuro Linguistic Programming Ricahrd Bandler, once said, “Beliefs to many are not really thought about, yet many will die for one”.  People die in wars all the time for what they believe to be right, another person or a  countries population may have a different belief and it may not be compatible with theirs, and so a conflict happens.

Now back to my belief that everything would be fine what ever I did. I started playing dangerous as a teenager, hiding out in an old convent that was disused the other kids were afraid to go in , with known burglars using it as a stake out. I traveled to the USA at age of 20, I mixed with the drug gangs of Los Angeles, carrying thousands of dollars going down dodgy alley ways at night, I even got jumped by several trying to mug me, I pretended I had mental illness throwing my arms around shouting gibberish they ran off.  I have been held at knife point three times and even made jokes about it to the attackers, I have been threatened in New Orleans with a gun pointing at my head. I got taken by a Religious cult and escaped when they made it fairly difficult to do so. I have been surrounded by three huge sharks off the Mid western peninsula in Western Australia. I jumped off a boat into a river with five or more salt water crocodiles swimming right by us. I have traveled around the world so many times and each time I just knew whatever happens I was going to be alright. I do feel this resonated with the sharks and crocodiles, some Aboriginal tribes can swim with crocodiles and not be attacked but an afraid westerner would be ripped to shreds in seconds.

If somebody believes the world to be flat, the survival instincts would never allow them to take a round the world cruise for fear of falling off the edge of the earth.  The person would need not only their belief to be desensitized but also some evidence, like a film of the earth from space, talking to passengers who have already cruised around the world, only then could their anxieties be worked with and treated.

Beliefs are a bit like bags, they may contain many items, these items can be emotional memories traumas experiences that have built up to make the belief, a belief will help to protect them around these experiences, if bad to avoid them if good to re experience them. It is important for people who are wanting help with any of their limiting beliefs to not only work with them but also the emotional contents they hold.

I have studied beliefs in counseling, psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming and with experts, yet also with different tools, like energy psychology techniques that lessen the in tensity of a belief so new evidence and new beliefs can come in. Energy Psychology works with the energy acupuncture points in the body that hold the emotional intensity, by far the most effective of these is Reflective Repattening which you can read about on . Other tools involve brain reflex points that allow the brain and mind to relax to new ideas and thinking.

I was asked to treat a lady who belonged to a very strict church, her religion was very important to her. She was very upset, as she had separated from her husband, and after many years found true love. The church did not accept, her new man and told her she was sinful, she felt deep shame hurt sadness guilt rage, she was trapped. I had her take her hands together like in a prayer, and touch two energy points on her face as she did so. I had her thin k of her problem for a few minutes, thus activating some emotional clearing. I then  said to her whilst she remained in prayer position, who makes the decisions at your church, she named the Vicar or priest, I then said who does he answer to, she named some higher ranking clergy, and I kept asking til we reached God as the ultimate say so on what is right and wrong, so I asked her in prayer position to tell God of her love, and ask him if it was okay to be in a relationship with this man, I told her the 1st message she got would be the one, she screamed out he said it’s okay, it’s good, I then asked her to ask God, what to do ab out her church, the reply came back change the church.  She changed the church and lived a very happy life with her new man. Her belief in God as the highest in command and of good, allowed that to overturn beliefs she had built up through her experiences as child and adult with parents and church. She had some lessening of the emotional intensity first through energy psychology points, and new ways of thinking were then absorbed into a calmer free’er mind.

chris has worked with thousands of people over the years teaching many seminars around the world, using a range of powerful tools and techniques to suit a wide range of different beliefs, conflicts emotional states and anxieties.

Fridge Magnet I Agree / Disagree

Intro How To Use A Fridge Magnet To Make Change With Reflective Repatterning ( RR ) Laws of Opposites Framework.

WIN_20150516_004235 This photo shows two opposites sums up I agree disagree. Lol.

Imagine a mid line going up from your top lip along your nose up mid line of forehead, along mid line of top of head and down spine of neck, in just that one direction. This is the Governor Meridian a powerful set of acupuncture points that treat and energise and treat all the others.

Also Imagine another line from the pubic bone going up the mid line over the naval up the tummy up the chest between breasts up throat and chin to lower lip. This is the Central Vessel meridian again a powerful set of acupuncture points that energise and treat many others.

A magnet can be used to break up the electrical activity in any emotional situation, to set you free.

Think of any bad experience and you can swipe approximately 20 times the Governor meridian with the magnet, ie run the magnet along the line described whilst focusing on the problem, and if it is still there do a further 20 swipes along the central vessel meridian.

If new aspects of the problem come up ie particular thoughts different memories or emotions , repeat again and keep going until you feel detached from it all.

Difficult and persistent problems will need to be diagnosed and treated by chris Milbank see contact page, yet many people will be able to seek help from this.

Reflective Repatterning (RR) Laws of Opposites has a special Framework of healing that I designed for all Tapping therapies like EFT AND TFT, and also Fridge Magnet Therapy that works even deeper in the meridian energy lines to clear deep rooted emotional problems.

The RR framework is called I agree, I disagree.

Take a statement any that you or client believes. Ie I am Not Good Enough.

Now if someone says that we have  to presume they at least partly believe it.

So we ask how much do you agree out of 10, 10 being the most, 0 being the least.

Then whilst thinking I am not good enough (or another statement thought belief you have if different), swipe the magnet along the governor meridian about 20 times, the number will for most people be less, if it is not a zero swipe the central vessel meridian. Keep this going, until your at a zero in agreeing, sometimes memories and emotions may surface that may need some extra swiping.

Now your agreeing with statement at a zero we can only presume you are at least partly disagreeing as you feel less attached to it. Rate the disagreement out of 10 ie , 10 is the maximum you disagree and 0 is the least. Swipe governor meridian 20 times saying inside your head (not out loud) I disagree I am  not good enough, if your not at a zero, then swipe central vessel meridian 20 times. Repeat until a zero.

Now that your at a zero in agreeing and disagreeing there is more neutrality which is the core aim of RR, however your not done yet.

Now choose a completely Opposite statement Like I am superb and the best.

We then ask do you agree or disagree, with the statement, then you use the Fridge Magnet swiping the meridians Governor and Central Vessel in the same way, , so if you disagree with the statement, keep saying (inside head quietly) I disagree that I am superb and the best , swipe governor meridian 20 times, if not a zero do central vessel meridian 20 times. Repeat again if necessary. Maybe certain memories need swiping if they surface or emotions just keep swiping the magnet til clear.

Once clear, ie at a zero with I disagree I am not good enough, we presume you then must at least partly agree with the statement, again give it a number out of 10, 10 being the most you agree 0 being the least. Swipe as before until you are a zero.

When this is finally complete, it may feel a bit confusing as, you will no longer think or feel in the same way. I have treated some of the biggest names in Psychology and therapies with this, and they are blown away by how different they feel, I treated an agoraphobic in one session with this, and they have been out and about ever since. I had originally booked them five sessions.

Golden rules, treat all four parts, Ie I agree and I disagree with the problem statement and also it’s opposite,

How do you know you agree or disagree, you may have a feeling in the heart chest tummy head or elsewhere it may be a thought, if you can locate the knowing when you treat, it will be even more effective.

Treat memories emotions and fears internal voice messages that stay stuck , in the same way then carry on.

For more resistant clients and more complicated cases do refer to me chris Milbank via contact page for help. I treat people in this life, ancestral traumas, past lives, all 14 meridians, chakras, emotions , thought patterns entities, organs glands fascia, musculature and skeletal and more, to make progress. However much can be done at this basic level, and many will get complete resolvement of the issue.

Remember if under psychiatric care and or on medications, consult your Doctor and or Psychiatrist before attempting any self help. I am not a Doctor or Psychiatrist, I am a healer that reaches the many but there will always be some people that need extra help and care by a trained Professional.

Enjoy best wishes chris, ps do keep me in formed of how your doing, do see the contact page on this website. Many thanks x

Me doing Mr Bean whilst teaching Reflective Repatterning

We all have areas of vulnerability. I have certainly had mine. Yet vulnerability can actually make us more loveable. Because we all have different vulnerabilities we so often don’t understand others, maybe we say ” I don’t understand why they are bothered about this or that etc” yet at the same time those people will wonder about our vulnerabilities and  may think ” well that wouldn’t bother me at all”.

Because vulnerability is unqiue to each person, it so often becomes part of their character of who we love, we are able to reassure them give them a hug, it helps with interactions.

Yet vulnerability can also bring us down, it can make us anxious, stressed depressed. However it can also bring us dramatic positive change. When we think about our vulnerability, our body will signal an emotional reaction or anxiety signal like butterflies in our stomach or a tightness in chest, perhaps our body will tighten and create tension, maybe we sweat or heart rate pulses, the body is signalling there is something we are not happy about in our lives, we have several choices here. We can shut off thinking about it ignore it shovel it away, or we can continually fear it, or begin to heal it stage by stage to begin to love it.

What made me vulnerable, well many things years ago, but later on in life my sexuality, I wasn’t comfortable with all of my straight friends knowing I was gay, a good friend once said hey, chris we love you for who you are your gay and don’t change that or you wouldn’t be you anymore, this shocked me,and spurned me on with the Reflective Repatterning’s laws of opposites with the use of a fridge magnet, to bring a boyfriend to the party. I had been ocd to this issue going to amazing lengths to hide my vulnerability and control my obsessive excessive thoughts and reactions behaviors and anxiety feelings. Even tough I had made so many improvements elsewhere in my emotional issues. When we begin to love our vulnerability, all that we have to learn in life begins to unfold, people loved that I was bothered about not upsetting people with my sexuality but they loved it even more when I resonated happiness and became an example to their vulnerabilities. Everybody gained a new fun friend too.

There are many ways I work to heal peoples vulnerabilities, but the first job is to recognise them, list them, and work with them in the order of importance to you.

Vulnerability offers a choice, a pathway of continual fear and avoidance, or a new path of new experiences, adding to our magnet of attracting good fun into our lives. Vulnerability signals these choices.

I hope this blog inspires people to learn from their vulnerabilities and to embrace them in a positive way.

Feel free to use the contact page on this website, and chris will be happy to answer questions, and may offer to call you, listen to your story, and offer insights.

Voice Technology (VT)

imagen003Developed by the late great Dr Roger Callahan, VT is a method of diagnosis and treatment of emotional and physical pain, even entering into the realms of many health problems.

We diagnose certain electrical points on the body that are involved in healing and communicating with the nervous system that are stressed through emotional stress and or intolerances to food and enviormental problems. We call these points meridian points or also known as acupoints, the same points that an acupuncture practitioner would use with needles or electrical stimulation.

The VT practioner diagnoses the exact meridian acupoints to treat in the exact order that person’s healing system requires by using a specific self muscle test as the client speaks, then he/ she will tap those points, guided by the practitioner. Sometimes a reversal of energy ie an opposing force blocks the treatment we call this psychological reversal and the practitioner will further diagnose this and have the client treat in specific ways to clear the reversal opposing the treatment. These reversals can be triggered through trauma stress shock and even in many cases intolerance’s to foods or enviormental products.

We recommend the client does  not wear perfume, and tries to avoid washing their laundry in the usual brands of washing detergent in the super markets. Buying a non perfumed brand of laundry soap from a health store, is generally a good idea. Also throwing out air fresheners and especially the plug in variety as these are the most common enviormental products that trigger reversal states in people.

chris teaches VT at cost effective prices in comparison to elsewhere, and offers years of experience and how to enhance VT with NLP and The Reflective Repatterning Laws of Opposites. chris also offers sessions over a landline phone and Skype.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT)

Developed by Dr Roger Callahan Psychologist, in 1979, Thought Field Therapy commonly known as TFT, is a way of using acupuncture points by simply tapping them to heal emotional trauma, anxiety and fears phobias and more.

chris Milbank trained in this method first in Ireland after a TFT practitioner saved his life during an anaphylatic shock after ingesting peanuts, TFT immediately stopped the anaphylaxia, and chris was so amazed he went back to Ireland to train in the method. He then bought every book video dvd audio tape and all the home study courses. He then flew to California and trained at diagnostic level TFT with Dr Roger Callahan and his wife.

chris then further trained at the highest level of TFT one on one with Dr Roger Callahan at the Voice Technology level this was then a $100,000 investment. The most advanced form of TFT. chris later went on to research TFT on Malaria in Tanzania and Kenya, and teach the world over, teaching on behalf of the Callahans their most advanced trainings and working his way up through the board of the Association Of Thought Field Therapy from director to Vice President and President. Eventually chris decided to go independent and make affordable the trainings.

chris currently teaches all levels of TFT by request

TFT algorithim level. This training is the first training chris did, using about 20 different tapping sequences, that work very quickly with a number of emotional states, ie traumas fears, anxiety depression and even pain and more.

TFT Diagnostic level, how to use a muscle test on someone to determine food intolerance’s and how to boost their immune response to the intolerance temporarily to aid a health or emotional treatment. The study of psychological reversal that blocks any form of treatment from working and how to correct this. How to diagnose the exact acupoints to tap and in what order to correct an emotional and or health issue.

Voice Technology , This supercedes the diagnostic level as far more accurate, and also can be used to diagnose anybody over the phone or by Skype from any distance and treat their emotional and health issues. I personally recommend the Algorithim training and then straight to voice technology training.

chris teaches the TFT just as it was taught him, but will also teach how to use TFT to remotely heal anyone of their issue, a method of treating self to treat family friend or client, this works even more effectively and is fun to demonstrate and practice in class. chris will also share a little knowledge of Reflective Repatterning’ s Laws of Opposites and how using this alongside TFT will make this tapping therapy even more amazing.

Please feel free to use the contact page to ask chris questions, he may even Skype call you or call your landline for a chat and listen to your story. chris offers Skype sessions in TFT .

What is Havening .

Me doing Mr Bean whilst teaching Reflective Repatterning

Havening developed by Twin brothers Dr’s Ronald and Steven Ruden, a treatment that man ages to bypass the fight or flight stress triggers in the brain called the amygdala and the hypothalamus.

An example we are walking down the street, all of our senses are working detecting warmth cold, what we see hear smell taste etc, these senses send in formation via the amygdala, which will shift through to see if anything is unusual or out of place, if so, then it will send the in formation on to the hypothalamus, which will search the memory to see if this has been a problem before. So perhaps we spot a crack in the pavement, amygdala goes aha something different, the hypothalamus checks the memory data base and find you have tripped before on a crack, so sends an immediate fight or flight stress response so you can jump out of the way avoid it or tackle it. Now of course this can get very over reactive, the more problems accidents traumas scares we have had in our life, the more the amygdala and hypothalamus goes into overdrive, and before we kn ow it, it is over reacting all of the time.

So Havening is simply brushing or stroking certain points on the body that help create deep delta brain waves, these delta waves we achieve in deep sleep and healing, naturally. As we go through the process, we distract the client from their issue with a number of mental tasks, we keep brushing away until metaphorically, the amydala is sleepy and hypothalamus too, when this is achieved we have the client focus as hard as possible on their issue, and they will find that over reaction that was thought of as hardwired has been rewired, they will remain relaxed and calm.

There are a number of ways to use Havening, and it can be helpful for many conditions particuarly Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and panic attacks, fears phobias and unwanted behaviors. I have added to Havening in the Reflective Repatterning Field of Opposites and other methods too.

I trained with the great Kevin Laye

The Havening website is!creating-and-developing-the-ha/c10vb

I am an experienced Havener who opted away from the certification process to keep my independence which enhances my creativity. If you want to ask me questions please feel free to use the contact page on this website, I may even find time to call you, hear your story and have a chat,

best wishes

What is Fridge Magnet Therapy

Me more teachingYes an ordinary magnet that people stick on their fridge doors, mine has a picture of sun flowers and was bought in a tourist destination. This little magnet just like yours can help you heal man y emotional issues and help your health too.

Emotion means energy in motion, and when we are very emotional we have a build up of this energy, that consumes us, it will disturb the electrical activity of our nerve pathways therefore our organs and glands, and when of course these are not firing as they should do our body sends and receives incorrect messages, and generally misfires like a car with a blackened sooted spark plug.

A magnetic field is the opposite of an electrical field yet each one is present with the other. An electrical field draws energy inwards and a magnetic can draw energy outwards. Hence all we have to do is tune into an emotional issue, and swipe the magnet a number of times on certain powerful energetic pathways, and it reduces the emotion al excess negative energy that is enhancing our emotional problems.

chris Milbank an experienced therapist in many fields will use the magnet within the Reflective Repatterning Laws of Opposites to help create neutrality in conflicts, but will also use the magnet, with entities, traumas, shock, phobias, anxiety, depression, health issues, clearing past lives correcting affected dna from old ancestral lines too. The advantage of  a magnet is that it can work very deeply in any on e given energetic electrical pathway at a time. chris will use muscle testing techniques and or dowsing as he tunes in to someone’s conflict and test which issues and in  which order and where they need to be treated to get this done.

This work has been inspired by  Dr Bradley Nelson  who developed both the Emotion Code and The Body Code. Some of chris’s work will be the same but he has also adapted it, to fit the Laws of Opposites and other energetic work, he does. The Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson  is a worthwhile read if you are interested in this field.
